Aurora

Developed by Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, Aurora is a leadership development programme that aims to encourage those women at mid-career level in academic and professional roles to develop leadership skills in support of increasing the number of women in senior roles in HE, and to help institutions to maximise their potential.  Leeds is very actively engaged with this national programme.
